What We Do

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is often interchanged with terms like therapy, counseling, and talk therapy. Psychotherapy refers to a variety of treatments that aim to help a person identify and change troubling thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Relationship Counseling

Relationship counseling, also known as marriage counseling or couples therapy, focuses on helping people improve their relationships. By working with a therapist, couples can explore issues in their relationship, work on their communication, improve interactions, and resolve conflicts.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy isn’t Just Play! Play Therapy is an evidence-based practice for working with children in mental health. Play Therapy uses the natural language of children and the powers of play to help children process their feelings and experiences.

Family Reunification

Family Reunification is designed to heal the relationship between a parent and child whose relationship has been negatively impacted. Studies consistently demonstrate that children are better socially, academically, and emotionally if they have both parents in their lives.

Parenting Coordination

A big part of co-parenting often involves making joint decisions concerning your children. When making these kinds of decisions result in conflict, and you can’t even get close to resolving them, a parenting coordinator may be able to help.
